Choosing and buying a real property is a major step in life and requires sufficient time to consider. This is why we are offering you a non-binding oral reservation. Over the following three days, we will not offer the apartment to anyone else so you can make your decision peacefully.
If, within the three days, you decide to go ahead and buy the apartment, we will draft a reservation agreement for you. Having signed the agreement, you will be asked to pay a reservation charge of CZK 50,000. This charge is due within five days of signing the agreement and will become part of the total purchase price.
You will have two months to sign the Future Purchase Agreement, beginning on the day when we contact you with an invitation to sign the same. At this stage of the process, you will pay the initial 15% of the purchase price (minus the reservation charge) within 10 days of actually signing the Future Purchase Agreement.
You will pay the remaining 85% of the purchase price after project approval (kolaudace) prior to signing the Purchase Agreement. Once the full purchase price has been paid, we will jointly execute the Purchase Agreement. If you finance the property using a mortgage loan, you will deposit your own part of the funding, sign the mortgage agreements and draw the mortgage loan. The entire process will then end by signing the Purchase Agreement.
