The Žižkovské zahrady project, which will offer premium housing with more than two hundred residential units on the border of Vítkov Park, has been nominated for the Real Estate Project of the Year 2024 competition.

This project focuses on high quality architectural design and the use of advanced construction technologies. At the same time, there will be a number of elements supporting the environmental sustainability of the building, such as preparation for charging for electric vehicles, underground parking, outdoor blinds, recuperation or water accumulation for watering the greenery. The project meets B-class energy standards.

The Real Estate Project of the Year competition brings together the best development projects from all over the Czech Republic for the thirteenth time. The expert jury and architects award prizes in two categories - the Jury Prize and the Architects' Prize. The winner of the third category, called the Public Award, is decided by the general public. The public can vote for their chosen project online on the competition website until the end of 2024. The award ceremony will take place in January 2025.
